For the past 30 years, Jean has been involved in marketing and sales in various capacities. For 15 years, while managing a 5 state territory as a manufacturers' sales rep in the ski industry, she was consistently the top sales producer for an international company. During that period, as both owner and partner, she operated two extremely successful small companies: one manufacturing exercise wear, and the other decorating custom homes and businesses in Sun Valley, Idaho.
After a return to her native Southern California, she owned 3 health/diet related businesses, which she subsequently sold. Afterward, as a loan officer and as marketing director for the Homes For Sale Information Center for Oakmont Mortgage, she obtained her introduction to the real estate industry. Next she became Vice President of Marketing for Thomas Metro Group, one of the largest heavy machinery appraisal, auctioneering and liquidation companies in the country. During this time, she was accepted to the prestigious American Society of Appraisers, (Machinery & Equipment).
With both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors, Jean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Windermere / C & H Properties and her clients. She has completed the extensive advanced requirements for EcoBroker®, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource),ePRO designations. Her talents as a graphic designer and her marketing savvy are an invaluable bonus for her real estate clients!
